First Nations Health Authority is seeking a Community Health Nurse for Neskonlith, BC, on a part-time 0.5 FTE contract through maternity leave until August 2028. The role focuses on comprehensive nursing services, health promotion, and disease prevention in remote First Nations communities with core hours 9am-3pm.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing, be BC licenced, and have Basic Life Support certification, plus experience in culturally-aware care.

As the Community Health Nurse you will be providing a comprehensive range of core nursing functions and services in remote First Nations communities in program areas of community and public heath and primary care. This includes health promotion and disease and injury prevention for individuals, families, groups, communities, and populations.

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.
