This role blends hands-on work with friendly resident interaction to uphold our curb appeal and safety standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a reliable driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in property management and customer service is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use company software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the exterior features of the community, including lawns and common areas.
• Perform minor repairs under the supervision of the Service Manager.
• Keep common areas free of litter and debris throughout the day.
• Assist with site safety, notices, and resident communications.
• Ensure property curb appeal aligns with RangeWater standards.
