We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our Operations team at our 100 Main Street community in the heart of Downtown Hamilton. We are looking for a dependable, hands‑on professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards, values exceptional customer service, and is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming living environment for our residents.
In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the property remains well‑maintained, operationally efficient, and visually appealing. Your primary focus will be the upkeep of the exterior grounds, parking garage, and waste management systems, helping to preserve the overall quality of the community while supporting a positive resident experience every day.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills, experience, and other job-related qualifications.
