Shape Properties Corp. in Metro Vancouver seeks a Guest Services & Events Ambassador to create memorable experiences for shoppers and residents.

This role blends guest service with event support, community programming, and marketing initiatives, welcoming guests, guiding them through the centre, and capturing content for social channels. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in events, hospitality, retail or tourism, enjoys teamwork, and can handle Thursday–Sunday duties with 4–8 hour shifts,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in events, hospitality, retail or tourism.
• Experience assisting with events, marketing or community programs is an asset.
• Comfortable taking photos and videos for social media.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Adobe and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences for every guest.
• Assist in planning, setup, execution and teardown of Centre events and programming.
• Represent The City of Lougheed at events and engage with guests in a welcoming, energetic manner.
• Capture photo and video content for use across social media and marketing channels.
• Support retailer promotions and community partnerships during events.
