Qualicare Homecare is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to evaluate client needs, oversee care delivery, and develop care plans. • Must be a Nurse (RN or RPN) and registered.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM databases.
• Must have a vehicle with valid driver"s license and car insurance.
• Strong time management, planning, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop an appropriate plan of care
• Plans and creates business development opportunities
• Follows the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare services
• Establishes working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory
• Coordinate and manage sales within a defined geographic area
• Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing and business opportunities.

Job Summary
