Job summary

Alberta Theatre Projects is seeking an Education and Outreach Manager to lead and coordinate all education and outreach programs in Calgary. The role reports to the Producer and requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus the ability to work with a diverse community network.

The successful candidate will develop partnerships, manage events, and support cross-departmental initiatives while maintaining databases and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in education and community outreach is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are required.
• Experience coordinating events and programs with diverse partners.
• Background in theatre or education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all Education and Outreach Programs/Events.
• Write and create departmental materials for stakeholders.
• Maintain and develop relationships with community partners.
• Staff support on EXCHANGE events.
• Coordinate with all ATP departments regarding Education & Outreach activities.
• Oversee database management, records keeping, reporting and filing.
• Perform other duties, including some evening and weekend hours.
