Job summary

Evergreen Theatre is seeking a full time Production and Program Coordinator in Calgary. The role supports the company’s touring shows, artist-in-residency programs, and educational outreach.

Responsibilities include coordinating sales and operations, assisting with production, coordinating studio rentals, and helping with special projects and events. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about arts education.

Qualifications

• Excellent ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to be hands-on involved.
• Interest in office and operational work.
• Flexibility, initiative and ability to work independently.
• Background in the arts and/or business.
• Can provide own transportation.
• Valid driver's license and police check.
• Confident Leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the sales and operations of touring shows and artist in residence programs.
• Assist with the production of touring shows and related activities.
• Coordinate studio rentals and assist with special projects and events.
• Support the overall performance of the company and report to leadership.
