The Opportunity

We are looking for a Community Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys engaging with residents and guests, and takes pride in maintaining an exceptional community experience. As a Community Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring resident satisfaction and seamless day-to-day operations within our community.

Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for resident and guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the community’s offerings, including suite types, services, amenities, pricing, and policies, to effectively assist residents and prospects.
  • Handling and distributing mail, messages, and packages for residents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinating and participating in community events and initiatives to foster engagement and enhance the resident experience.
  • Monitoring and maintaining community spaces and office inventory, ensuring supplies are well stocked in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Conducting regular walkthroughs of amenity spaces and common areas to uphold cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Proactively following up with prospective residents by calling and qualifying leads, providing detailed information on lifestyle offerings, and scheduling tours for assigned leasing agents.
  • Leading property tours for prospective residents when required, showcasing available suites and community features.
  • Reviewing, processing, and tracking prospective resident applications within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supporting leasing and administrative functions by preparing correspondence, maintaining resident files, and assisting with lease-related documentation as needed.
  • Assisting with rent collection, account reconciliation, and addressing resident account inquiries in coordination with the property management team.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the community.

Must haves:

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Additional Information

  • Must be available to work flexible hours including weekend availability.
  • This role requires a mandatory full-time-in-office schedule (5 days/week)
