Qualifications

• Postsecondary education with three years of related experience.
• Proven track record in sales.
• CSC/IFIC course is an asset.
• Continuing education in Financial Planning or similar programs.
• Experience in providing credit solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets by delivering banking products and services that meet members' needs.
• Proactively promote and deliver a full range of banking products and services.
• Attend in-branch meetings and campaigns to support sales and service.
• Increase sales opportunities through effective interviewing and needs assessment.
• Provide financial advice for credit and investment needs using Alterna tools.
• Refer high-value members to IA/SME and external partners as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and procedural changes.
• Apply risk-based pricing and ensure profitability of customers.
• Use sales and service tools to support interactions with members.
