Job summary

Skyline is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager in Belleville, Ontario to support day-to-day building operations and resident services within our Residential Operations team. This hands-on role helps ensure our communities remain clean, safe, and welcoming.

You will assist with leasing activities, maintenance tasks, and resident communications while supporting administrative duties and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Assist with day-to-day building operations including cleaning and general maintenance.
  • Address resident questions, concerns, and service requests professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with leasing activities, showings, and information on rentals.
  • Maintain records and complete administrative duties (logbooks, leases, inspections, emails).
  • Support apartment turnover with inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs.
  • Help with exterior upkeep and seasonal maintenance tasks.

We are seeking driven, professional & energetic candidates to join our Residential Operations team for the position of Assistant Resident Manager located at our properties located in Belleville, Ontario.

As an Assistant Resident Manager, you’ll be an important part of keeping our residential communities clean, safe, and welcoming.

Working as part of the Residential Operations team, you’ll support day-to-day building operations through resident service, administrative support, cleaning, minor maintenance, and follow-up with current and prospective tenants.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist with day-to-day building operations, including cleaning common areas, completing assigned general maintenance tasks, and helping keep the property safe, clean, and welcoming.
  • Support resident satisfaction by responding to tenant questions, concerns, and service requests with professionalism, timeliness, and care.
  • Assist with leasing activities by responding to rental inquiries, welcoming prospective residents, conducting unit showings, and providing information on available rental opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative duties such as logbooks, applications, leases, inspections, emails, filing, rent-related documentation, and regulatory compliance records as required.
  • Help with apartment turnover by supporting move-in and move-out inspections, suite cleaning, and minor repairs or painting as required.
  • Assist with exterior property upkeep, including garbage removal, groundskeeping, flower beds, snow clearing, salting, and seasonal maintenance tasks.

  • Previous experience in residential property management, customer service, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field is considered an asset.
