About the Role :
We’re seeking a part-time Communications & Social Media Specialist to support and lead a variety of projects in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. This role is ideal for an early-career communicator with strong instincts for digital media, a passion for public affairs, a hunger to keep up to date on the latest social media trends, and a desire to grow in a small workplace that values creativity.
You’ll work across a range of client files — from leading social strategy, to pitching reporters and supporting crisis communications. This is the perfect role for an emerging professional who lives and breathes social media, gets excited about traditional media, and wants to build a career telling stories that matter. As part of a small and highly collaborative team, you’ll gain meaningful experience and make a visible impact.

Location : This is a hybrid role based in Calgary, with a mix of remote and in-person work as needed.
Compensation Range : This is a part-time contract position (21 hours / week), with a salary range of $24 to $33 / hour, commensurate with experience.
