Natural Factors in Coquitlam, BC is seeking a Communications & Engagement Advisor to lead employee communications, support technology adoption, and drive organizational change through clear, compelling messaging. You will develop and execute communication plans, create engaging content across channels, partner with business leaders, and measure impact to continuously improve initiatives.

This full-time, in-office role becomes hybrid after probation and offers healthcare, RRSP, product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• 2+ years in internal communications, employee communications, change communications, or similar role.
• Experience supporting software implementation projects and communicating change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans that support technology, learning, and organizational change initiatives.
• Create engaging content across multiple channels, translating complex information into clear and actionable messages.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams, and subject matter experts to identify communication needs and support successful change initiatives.

Job Status: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Work Location: 2000 Brigantine Drive, Coquitlam, BC (Fully in-office during probation, Hybrid after probation)
Salary Range: $65,500 - $82,000 per year

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute communication plans that support technology, learning, and organizational change initiatives.
• Create engaging content across multiple channels, translating complex information into clear and actionable messages.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams, and subject matter experts to identify communication needs and support successful change initiatives.
• Drive employee awareness, engagement, and adoption through targeted communication campaigns and reinforcement activities.
• Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve communication strategies, tools, and best practices.

You have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, change communications, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting software implementation projects and communicating change within complex business environments.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital communication tools, along with experience developing communication plans and campaigns.
