BDC is seeking an Employee Communications Advisor who will plan and implement high-impact internal communications strategies, producing content across channels and guiding campaigns that align with organizational projects. The role requires 3–5 years in internal communications, a university degree in a related field, and strong bilingual writing skills in English and French.
