Ethereal Music Group is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support day-to-day campaigns, artist releases, and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced music environment. You will help organize materials, coordinate schedules, and liaise between artists, clients, and internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day communications and administrative tasks across the label and marketing team
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, deadlines, and project deliverables across artist and client campaigns
• Assist with artist releases, launches, and marketing initiatives alongside Account Managers and the wider team
• Help prepare, organize, and maintain campaign materials, artist assets, project documents, and internal resources
• Coordinate communication between artists, clients, creative partners, and internal teams
• Support social media, marketing, promotional, and creative projects as needed
• Keep projects organized and ensure follow-ups, next steps, and deadlines are tracked and communicated
• Bring a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to day-to-day execution, with strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and creative workflows is an asset
• Previous experience in an administrative, communications, marketing, music, or creative role is an asset

Details:

• Salary $40-50K depending on experience
