Job description

We’re seeking a Communications & Change Management Analyst for a 6-month contract position, working onsite three days per week in downtown Toronto. This role is to support a high-impact project, and it reports to the Director of Major Program Change Management.

As the Analyst, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing tactical program communications, creating multimedia assets (e.g., videos, graphics, thumbnails), and managing the design and ongoing updates of the program’s website. You’ll also support broader change management initiatives by contributing to plans, workbacks, presentation decks, and other key materials.

This is a 6-month contract which has potential for extension beyond the initial contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal program communications across various formats, including written content, presentations, and multimedia assets
• Design and maintain the program’s internal website using WYSIWYG tools and basic HTML
• Create engaging visual content such as graphics, infographics, thumbnails, and videos to support change initiatives
• Support the development and implementation of change management plans, workbacks, and presentation decks
• Collaborate closely with the Director, Major Program Change Management, and other stakeholders to align messaging and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of storytelling initiatives, including potential blogs, vlogs, or podcasts

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in communications and/or change management within a large, regulated organization (e.g., banking, insurance, government, academia)
• A relevant undergraduate degree and/or post-graduate certification in fields such as communications, journalism, public relations, change management, organizational design, content production, or media design
• A digital portfolio showcasing writing samples, website or graphic design, infographics, and video content (to be submitted as part of the interview process)
• Experience in blogging, vlogging, podcast creation, or storyboarding is a bonus
• Proficiency with PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of HTML and WYSIWYG platforms
• Experience with video editing tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, or Adobe Premiere
