Job description

Job Title: Communications Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 6+ Months

Daily Responsibilities:

This role reports to the Director, Major Program Change Management and is specifically allocated to a program currently under NDA. The Analyst will be responsible for the creation and tactical delivery of program communications, multimedia resources (e.g., videos, graphics, thumbnails), and the design and maintenance of the Program’s website. Additionally, the Analyst will contribute to the development and maintenance of change management plans, workbacks, presentation decks, and other materials.

Must Have Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications and/or change management within a large, regulated enterprise (e.g., banks, insurance, government agencies, academia).
  • Undergraduate degree and/or postgraduate certification in disciplines such as communications, journalism, public relations, change management, organizational design, content production, media design, etc.
  • A portfolio of digital work, including writing samples, design work (web, graphics, infographics), and video content, will be part of the interview process.
