Job Overview:

Responsible to create and execute the communication strategy for Give & Go, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver messages that create awareness, engagement, and build professionalism and credibility for the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build awareness of changes and projects within the Company by creating and distributing executive messages, preparing presentations and internal memos, and conducting meetings to share information and ensuring effective change management.
• Establish the company communication strategy and create communication medium content as per plan
• Develop print materials and branding strategies for employee use internally and externally to represent the company brand.
• Create Town Hall material/decks and Director meeting presentations
• Create CEO company newsletters to generate positive buzz
• Work with other areas of the business on their communication strategies to ensure consistency across the organization
• Develop branding strategies in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Manager
• Lead all communication internally or externally for all programs by identifying and organizing programs in line with Company objectives and values, developing messages and creating/coordinating events with Marketing
• Responsible for external PR for Give & Go and the development of relationships with external contacts
• Plan events and press conferences/external branding or communication
• Manage media inquiries as applicable
• Coordinate external and internal communications flow (memos, newsletters etc.)
• Act as an ambassador for Give & Go, representing a professional image and continuing to build the company brand
• Lead the design and maintenance of content within the Give & Go intranet site and other social media boards including LinkedIn, Yammer, and SharePoint, engaging with other Stakeholders are required.
• Ensure timeliness of communication and creativity to capture engagement, and build a culture of transparent communication

What we can offer :

• Completion of college diploma in Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of communications experience, within a corporate setting
• Previous experience with media technology (Adobe acrobat, etc.)
• Must possess an editorial ability, with a high attention to detail
• Must have the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Must be a self-starter, highly focuses, proactive, and a passionate individual that thrives on delivering creative and unique results
• Must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail
• Must have the ability to influence key stakeholders
• Must be creative and proactive to create engaging communication
• Excellent with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
