Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is seeking a Communication Services Representative at the Centenary site on a part‑time fixed term basis. The role involves handling switchboard and locating services, monitoring alarm panels, and initiating emergency codes while safeguarding patient privacy.

You will be scheduled across Centenary, General or Birchmount hospitals, requiring strong English skills, typing abilities, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Typing test 30 wpm with 90% accuracy.
• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.

• Available to fill in for vacation, sick time and holidays.

You will also protect and promote patient’s right to privacy, confidentiality and dignity.
