Job summary

8P Design, a Montreal-based web development company, is seeking a Web Marketing Specialist to lead SEM, SEO and SMM efforts. You will implement campaigns, optimize conversions and develop digital strategies for diverse clients.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager, and be fluent in French, with good English. Internship welcomed; graduation not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Internships or work experience in web marketing are valued.
• Diploma in marketing, web marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM and social advertising skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize SEM, SMM and SEO campaigns.
• Provide evaluations and technical recommendations.
• Install tags and conversion pixels.
• Create digital ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Develop client-specific marketing strategies.
• Prepare performance reports for clients.
• Conduct UX analysis.
• Manage online communities.

• SEM SMM SEO Campaign Optimization
• Evaluation and technical recommendations

• Community management

Graduation / Experience
