Responsibilities

What your days look like as an Operations Clerk:

  • Produce various reports before and after the departure of each ship;
  • Perform various data entry (inventory, daily, weekly, monthly reports);
  • Inventory follow-up;
  • Produce and follow up invoices;
  • Produce and follow up purchase orders with the purchasing system (Match error);
  • Declare hours worked for unionized workers;
  • Perform clerical tasks such as mail, filing, call forwarding;
  • Ship arrival declaration for customs;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
Qualifications

To succeed as an Operations Clerk you must have:

  • AEC in office automation;
  • One (1) to three (3) years' experience in a similar position;
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Ability to learn and work in a changing environment;
  • Autonomous, resourceful and organized;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
