• Assist underwriters with processing renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business.
• Assist with internal administration of specialty commercial insurance lines.
• Answer inquiries and provide support to brokers while building and maintaining relationships.
• Achieve performance targets and meet deadlines to maintain service standards.
• Promote Forward culture, values and brand promise.
• Other duties as required.
