Purpose of Role

The purpose of the role of the Commercial Support Coordinator – Spanish Speaking is to provide support to the commercial team, particularly in markets where Spanish is the primary language, English is a requirement. This role involves various responsibilities aimed at facilitating the sales, service and warranty process, and aid in pricing management.

  • Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes sales, finance and supply chain to aid in branch support as required.
  • Review / file all daily service reports for technicians
  • Create, sort, enter, process service orders and invoices (with labour hours and expenses).
  • Support in the preparation of weekly service reporting (with focus on reconciliation of timesheets, work orders, and payroll hours in addition to, profitability).
  • Manage field service PO’s with customers and service administrators.
  • In a friendly but professional manner, represent MacLean Engineering as a first point of contact with our Customer (external and internal) and ensure a timely and satisfactory response to requests for product, service or technical support and / or requests for quotation.
  • Prepare quotations and enter sales orders into MRP as per Customer request.
  • Enter warranty claims into portal
  • Advise customers on status of warranty claims (internal).
  • Aid in maintaining market driven pricing methodology.

Qualifications

Education

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Certificate of Completion
  • Diploma or Degree in Commerce or a related discipline is preferred

Experience

  • Must have sound organizational and problem-solving skills and close attention to detail
  • Ability to tolerate ambiguity, and tight deadlines
  • Must be able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Willing to learn new methods, processes and technologies
  • Strong computer skills working with MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
