Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Client Executive to join our Ontario & Alberta Small Market team. You will use your industry knowledge and sales experience to initiate and develop new commercial lines relationships for our Small Market Business Team.

Responsibilities include quoting leads, developing submissions with underwriters, and handing off service to Account Managers. This role offers a hybrid Hamilton/Windsor location with a base salary of 57,500–60,000 CAD plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial or personal lines sales experience.
• Valid RIBO license is required; other licensing is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Small-Market business risks and insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Quote commercial leads from multiple sources and meet same-day or next-business-day timelines.
• Develop submissions with underwriting to meet client needs and close the sale.
• Handoff client service to the Account Manager and supervise post-sale requests as needed.
• Cross-sell across lines of business and collaborate with internal teams to satisfy clients.
