NFP Canada, an Aon company, is seeking a Client Executive to join our Small Market Commercial team in Ontario & Alberta. You will build new commercial lines relationships and manage key client accounts with a focus on service and growth.

Based in Hamilton, Ontario, this hybrid role combines field and office work, with base salary of $57,500–$60,000 plus performance incentives. A RIBO license and a proven sales track record are required to succeed.

Competenze

• 3+ years of commercial or personal lines sales experience.
• Knowledge of Small-Market risk.
• Proven sales track record in insurance.

Mansioni

• Quote commercial leads from multiple sources the same day or next business day.
• Develop submissions with underwriting staff to meet client needs.
• Hand off service to the Account Manager and support post-sale requests.
• Cross-sell opportunities across lines of business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and department goals.
• Maintain relationships with underwriters and stakeholders.
• Address client concerns professionally using product knowledge.
• Use IRCA quoter, ARS, or portals for quoting as required.
• Represent the brokerage at industry events and stay current on rules.
