Job summary

Bath Fitter is recruiting a dynamic sales professional in Quebec. You’ll grow a commercial territory, build relationships, and influence decision-makers across construction and renovation projects. Training, support, and a clear path to advancement are provided.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, benefits, and ongoing coaching to help you reach your targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, business development, or another results-driven environment.
• Experience with cold calling, territory development, and new business generation.
• Known for your energy, persistence, and confidence
• Understanding of commercial construction, renovation projects, or solution-based selling
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Prospect aggressively to expand our commercial customer base through cold calling, targeted outreach, and in-person visits
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating new construction and renovation opportunities and connecting with executives and managers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts
• Forecast, plan, and optimize sales activities to drive commercial market growth
• Educate clients on Bath Fitter’s PermaFit solution and demonstrate its value and ROI

What You Will Do
