Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking an Installer Assistant to grow into an Installer. You’ll start with paid training and learn site prep, measurement, and installation tasks under experienced installers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of hands-on construction or carpentry experience, can read a tape measure, and are comfortable with hand and power tools. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction or carpentry experience is preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Exposure to hand and power tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Eager, coachable, and reliable with a strong work ethic
