Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Reporting Analyst to join our Sales Intelligence team. This individual will play a critical role in managing our data sources related to the Western Canadian market and collaborating with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to provide actionable insights and answers to their data-related inquiries. A passion for the beverage industry, particularly with Labatt, is essential.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain all Western Canadian data sources related to sales, distribution, and market performance for Labatt brands.
• Create and maintain all external cross-references for Western Canadian Market.
• Collaborate closely with RVPs to address specific questions about data trends, market insights, and operational performance.
• Assist in the development of dashboards and tools that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the sales organization.
• Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities in the consumer-packaged goods sector, focusing on beer distribution in Western Canada.

Skills / Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods industry.
• Work well independently with limited supervision and with tight timelines.
• High attention to details / accuracy.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerBI is a must.
• Experience in data management and related tools (Kalido, SAP, IBM InfoSphere).
• Ability to lead large amounts of data and leverage technology to deliver insights.
• Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines, and to consistently challenge and be challenged on performance results.
