THEROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Sales Reporting Analyst, you will be essential in delivering accurate and actionable sales insights to support our business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and data analysis to create comprehensive sales reports, monitor performance metrics, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Reporting: Develop, maintain, and automate sales reports and dashboards using Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools to provide timely insights into sales performance.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to the sales team and management.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather data and insights, ensuring that reporting needs are met and that all stakeholders are informed.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy, implementing best practices for data management and analysis.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on utilizing sales reporting tools and interpreting reports, fostering a data-driven culture within the sales organization.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to support special projects and initiatives, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analysis, or a related fiel.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in sales reporting or a similar analytical role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics, including sales reporting functionalities and data extraction.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, along with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with SQL or other querying languages for data extraction and manipulation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, ensuring reliability in reporting.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is a plus.
