Yorkstone Management is a commercial property and asset management company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Our portfolio consists of primarily office and retail properties in North America. We are currently looking for a dynamic person to join our growing team as a Property Administrator.
The position supports and assists in the management of commercial real estate. They are involved in all aspects of managing day-to-day operations of the property, including reporting, tenant relations, marketing, trade and repair management, leasing and tenant renewals. They handle tenant concerns and service requests, and preventative maintenance. As a Property Administrator you would also assist in the preparation of the annual budget, reporting, and supporting the financial performance of the properties.
As a candidate you should be eager to learn and a self-starter developing solutions to problems as they occur.
