Qualifications

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial restaurant construction. You'll drive full project lifecycle execution—from permitting to closeout—ensuring quality, timeline, and budget are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant build-outs from ground-up and renovations to final turnover
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
• Coordinate architects, engineers, trades, and clients for aligned execution
• Enforce safety standards, inspections, and code compliance throughout project lifecycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction management, with restaurant build experience preferred
• Proven success managing $500K+ construction budgets
• Deep knowledge of permitting, codes, and restaurant MEP requirements
• Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar PM software
