Lépine Talent inc. seeks a Notary to join a legal professional services firm specializing in business law and commercial litigation.

The Notary will draft and modify varied commercial agreements, and provide expertise in real estate and financing, while organizing and maintaining essential documentation. The ideal candidate holds membership with the Chambre des Notaires du Québec and has 3–7 years of experience in business law, with strong writing skills in both English and French.

Qualificações

• Member of la Chambre des notaires du Québec.
• 3–7 years of experience in business law, preferably in corporate and banking law, M&A, real estate law and financing.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving, business acumen, analytical and organizational skills.
• Self-driven and resourceful.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills in English and French.
• Proactive, creative and quick learner.

Responsabilidades

Our client, a legal professional services firm, specializing in business law and commercial litigation is looking for a Notary to join its growing team.

Job Description

• Drafting and modifying of a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, COIs, LOIs, Terms Sheets, Supply agreements, sub-contractor agreements, general conditions agreements, licenses, etc.
• Provide legal expertise in real estate-related matters and financing
• Provide legal expertise in real estate and financing
• Organize and maintain documentation and records

Skills and Qualifications

• Member of la chambre des notaires du Québec
• Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in business law, preferably in corporate and banking law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate law and financing
