Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, insolvency & restructuring, creditors' rights and/or construction litigation.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload while focusing on corporate/commercial litigation, insolvency, restructuring, creditors' rights, and construction matters.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills incl. pleadings, motions, briefs and court documents.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients, opposing counsel and senior lawyers.
