You will manage quotes, changes, renewals, and endorsements, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with underwriters. Saskatchewan licence requirements apply, with CAIB credentials valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial or General Insurance with Saskatchewan market knowledge.
• Must hold Level 2 General Insurance Licence; CAIB 1, 2 and 3 completed.
• Strong client-service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Advise and service a portfolio of commercial clients by assessing risks and recommending coverage solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters.
• Prepare and manage quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with accuracy.
• Identify new business opportunities and support retention and growth of the portfolio.
• Negotiate with underwriters to secure competitive terms and suitable coverage.
• Guide clients through the claims process and liaise with insurance partners.
• Maintain compliant documentation within the brokerage management system.
