Qualifications

• Must have Level 1 valid broker license in Alberta, Level 2 preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commercial insurance Broker.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer service contact for inquiries.
• Prepare submissions, applications, proposals, and customer correspondence.
• Market accounts including new, renewal, and midterm changes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer service contact, handling inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
• Respond to customer requests, either directly or through the Producer, and submit information to appropriate insurance companies
• Participate in account reviews, promote additional products and services, and provide value-added services to clients
• Prepare submissions, applications, proposals, cover notes, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices
• Stay updated on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance partners
• Market accounts including new, renewal, and midterm changes

Qualifications

• Must have Level 1 valid broker license in Alberta, Level 2 preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commercial insurance Broker at a brokerage
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions
• CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an asset
