Impact Performance Team is seeking a Customer Service and Account Manager to support Commercial Lines Sales Producers. The role focuses on servicing a portfolio, building lasting client relationships, and identifying coverage opportunities to drive growth.

You'll coordinate with producers, handle renewals and endorsements, and ensure accurate documentation with clients and carriers. This position requires professional, detail-oriented individuals committed to service excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years Commercial Insurance Account Management experience.
• Must operate on Eastern Standard Time.
• Strong professionalism and ethical standards.
• Detail oriented and accountable.
• Consistent follow through on deadlines, meetings and client commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and service a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts, ensuring accuracy, coverage adequacy, and seamless renewals
• Partner with Producers to prepare proposals, coordinate underwriting, and support new business and renewal strategy
• Conduct proactive coverage reviews to identify gaps, cross sell opportunities, and risk management solutions
• Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, audits, and renewals with precision and timeliness
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders while documenting all activity accurately
• Deliver exceptional client service that strengthens long term relationships and supports agency growth

Role Overview
The Customer Service and Account Manager role is a position that supports our Commercial Lines Sales Producers. The ideal candidate enjoys helping clients and building lasting relationships, is able to offer creative and innovative solutions, is a strong communicator who understands how to align agency resources with client needs and values community involvement and long term client partnerships. Your key responsibilities may include:

• Base Salary starting at $70,000 depending on experience
