Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or relevant post-secondary education.
• 2 years commercial lending experience or equivalent.
• Broad experience in commercial lending with business development and portfolio administration.
• Strong credit underwriting and financial statement analysis skills.
• Proven networking within the community and partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members, clients, and external sources to grow the portfolio.
• Monitor commercial loans and ensure adherence to policies and controls.
• Initiate actions to generate growth and manage delinquencies.
• Develop strong relationships with business members and prospects.
