Job summary

BFL CANADA is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Laval office. You will manage a profitable book of business, support underwriting information collection, submissions, and client communications, while delivering excellent service in a bilingual environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely invoicing, and coordinating deliverables with the team. A university degree and a broker's license are preferred, with strong MS Office skills and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance brokerage.
• University degree (preferably in business or finance).
• Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
• Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Customer service oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review underwriting information from clients.

We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team in our Laval office!

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible to maintain and service a profitable book of business based upon the company’s objectives and individual business plans.

Your day as a Client Service Representative

• Collect and review of underwriting information from clients.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English as the candidate will be required to interact in English with stakeholders (colleagues and clients) outside Quebec.
