Insurance Advisor

As an Insurance Advisor, you will manage and maintain an existing commercial lines renewal book. Your daily tasks will include building lasting relationships with customers and helping to protect what matters most to them.

Typical Responsibilities

  1. Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email.
  2. Manage and build customer relationships while meeting insurance sales targets.
  3. Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
  4. Conduct sales calls for new business and timely renewal calls for existing clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • General Level 1 Insurance License required.
  • Experience managing commercial business policies.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
  • Excellent communication skills in-person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Experience achieving sales targets in a similar role.
  • EPIC experience is an asset.

Additional Details

  • Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hours per week.
  • Location: Williams Lake, BC.
  • Compensation Range: $51,000 - $70,000.
  • Requisition #: 81735.
