We’re looking for a Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team remotely. If you have a Florida 2-20 Insurance License, know commercial insurance well, enjoy helping clients find the right coverage, and can work both independently and with a team, this could be a great fit.

This role includes some account management duties where you’ll support the sales team as needed to keep things running smoothly and clients well taken care of.

What you’ll be doing:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure they have the best insurance options
Listening closely to client needs and offering clear advice to help them make good decisions
Negotiating with insurance providers to secure the best deals
Assisting the sales team with account management tasks as needed
Staying up to date on industry trends to provide current advice
Keeping client information safe, organized, and accurate
Working with teammates to maintain high customer service standards
Being proactive and finding practical solutions to problems

Clients feel confident and supported because you deliver the right insurance solutions
You step in to help the sales team, keeping accounts organized and moving forward
Client information stays accurate and up to date, helping the whole team work better
You stay on top of industry changes so your advice is always relevant

What we’re looking for:

At least 3 years of experience with commercial insurance
Great communication skills, comfortable with clients and teammates
Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks
A current Florida 2-20 Insurance License (required)
