Job summary

Westland Insurance Group in Huntsville, ON is seeking a Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our team. You will promote and educate clients on insurance products, manage client relationships, and help grow our presence in the local community.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary range of 50,000 to 60,000 CAD, plus competitive commission. You should have 2–5 years of commercial insurance experience and a valid Insurance broker license Level 2 or be pursuing CAIB/CIP.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Insurance broker license Level 2 or working toward CAIB/CIP.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
• Take ownership of client relationships and service delivery.
• Help grow Westland's presence in the local community.
• Deliver superior customer service that supports client retention.
• Identify client needs and provide recommendations.
• Assist clients with underwriting and policy recommendations.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $50,000to $60,000 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role.
