Job summary

Aon Corporation in Montreal is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Executive and Team Leader to develop client relationships and manage insurance portfolios. This role requires five or more years of experience in the insurance sector and the ability to lead a team.

You will provide guidance to commercial clients, analyze specific risks, and cultivate strong relationships with underwriters. The ideal candidate is bilingual in French and English and possesses an AMF commercial insurance licence.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance.
• AMF licence in commercial insurance required.
• Bilingualism in French and English necessary for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and guidance to clients.
• Identify specific risks and develop innovative coverage solutions.
• Consult with underwriters to obtain the best premium and coverage terms.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and support team management.

Skills

Commercial property and casualty insurance experience

Bilingual in French and English

Strong interpersonal skills

Exceptional customer service

Proficiency with MS Office

Knowledge of the Epic management system

Education

DEC in a related field or equivalent experience

AMF licence in commercial insurance
