Commercial HVAC Field Foreman

Location: Edmonton, AB (field-based role servicing residential and commercial clients in the Edmonton area)

Rahall Mechanical Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Field Foreman to lead crews in the field and support successful project delivery across our commercial work. We are looking for someone with strong trade experience, solid leadership ability, and the confidence to keep work moving safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a supportive, hard-working team.

This is a full-time field leadership role for a skilled journeyperson with strong hands-on experience and the ability to lead others on site. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, support your crew, coordinate work in the field, and help make sure projects are completed to code, on schedule, and to company standards. The right candidate will be dependable, organized, and willing to work overtime when project demands require it.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
• Full-time, permanent employment
• Overtime paid in accordance with Alberta employment standards
