KB Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. is seeking an HVAC Foreman or Journeyperson for our Commercial Division in Lethbridge, AB. The role leads commercial HVAC installations, supervises crews, and coordinates with project managers to ensure work is safe, on time, and to spec.

The ideal candidate has journeyperson status in HVAC or sheet metal, at least 3 years in commercial HVAC, strong drawing interpretation skills, and proven leadership. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson HVAC or Sheet Metal certification (Red Seal preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience; foreman experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HVAC site operations on commercial construction projects.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate field crew.
• Ensure safety, quality, and project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades.
• Complete documentation and reporting as required.
• Perform hands-on installation when needed.

Role Overview

You will lead commercial HVAC installations, supervise crews, coordinate withproject managers and other trades, and ensure jobs are completed safely, ontime, and to spec. This is a key leadership role within our commercial team,with a focus on quality control, crew mentorship, and hands‑on mechanical work.
