Job summary

RBC is seeking a Commercial Banking Advisor to support Relationship Managers and clients in Canada. You will deliver tailored financial guidance for day-to-day operations and work with the sales team to identify and meet client needs.

This role emphasizes teamwork, client-first service, and ongoing learning, with strong collaboration and opportunity for growth in a distributed corporate banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a service and sales role.
• Proven relationship management skills and sales success.
• Experience with emerging communications and technology (web meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile apps).

Responsibilities

• Excel at needs discovery and solution development for commercial clients' day-to-day banking operations.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify, plan & deliver the best solutions to clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of client’s operational requirements.
• Participate in ongoing contact programs to forge strong relationships with clients by staying in touch, providing value-added service and meaningful advice.
