We are looking for a customer centric Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a service oriented professional who holds themselves to the highest standards and aligns their success with that of the customer.

Responsibilities:
  1. Servicing a book of business and providing top-notch customer service
  2. Ensure clients fully understand policy coverage and exclusions through clear and concise communication
  3. Retain existing clientele through extraordinary service levels
  4. Referral of prospects for cross-sell opportunities
  5. Reporting new claims and leading clients through claims process from a place of empathy
  6. Occasionally support the sales team in sales activities as needed
  7. Work with Account Executives to come up with renewal strategies for each client
  8. This position requires a service oriented and organized individual with a proven track record of delighting clients
  9. Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. 2+ years of experience in an insurance account management role
  2. RIBO license preferred
  3. Passion for Service and Customer support
  4. Desire and motivation to meet set targets for service levels
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Attention to detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time
  7. Independent, Self Motivated, Ambitious and Competitive individual able to thrive in a fast pace environment
