Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive growth across project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services in the US and Canada. This role is a consultative hunter position, excels at virtual selling, deep discovery, and managing complex multi-step sales cycles.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, generate new business, and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high-value solutions through consultative sales.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.
