Qualifications

• Experience in collision repair production or shop operations.
• Strong understanding of collision repair processes and quality control.
• Experience coordinating technicians, scheduling work and managing repair workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop production and workflow from blueprinting to delivery.
• Conduct daily production meetings and monitor progress to identify delays and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate and assign work based on technician skills and capacity.
