Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan and lead repair facility personnel.
• Oversee hiring, training, corrective action and termination.
• Prepare and manage annual/monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and staff coaching.
