Job summary

Assured Automotive is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center in Kingston, Ontario. You will drive exceptional customer experiences while supervising daily operations, safety, and team performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, budget oversight, and a focus on quality service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of leadership experience in collision repair, strong communication skills, and a commitment to growing the business with our WOW

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel and daily operations.
• Oversee hiring, training, corrective action and performance reviews.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets; track sales, profit and expenses.
• Maintain KPIs (Sales/ GP/ EBITDA / NPS / WOW Scores) and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate daily production meetings and oversee work in progress and delivery dates.
