Qualifications

• Ability to work in a cold storage environment throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous production or packaging experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Package food products according to company specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
• Label, sort, and organize finished goods.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Follow food safety and quality procedures.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy.
• Assist with additional production and packaging duties as assigned.
